Please tell us about food and other allergies we should be aware of. You may note that we do not use strong chemicals or scented products for cleaning or laundry.

Be as specific as you can about your food needs to be sure we have everything on hand to make you comfortable. Please remember that we serve local and seasonal fruits and vegetables. We therefore do not serve avocados, mangos, or other tropical fruit. If you eat animals, we can offer you local chicken, duck, pork, and lamb from small farms. We are inland, so we do not serve fish. We have wonderful local charcuterie, cheese, yogurt, and raw milk. We can procure a wide variety of plant milks and a few types of faux meat. We serve French grains, beans, and nuts. For sweet or salty cravings, we have an open-access 24-7 savory and sweet French junk-food drawer. We provide good coffee from a local roaster and we have several different kinds of coffee makers. We serve French wine.

Mornings are very important for feeling comfortable and focused. Please tell us your optimal morning routine, including what you eat and drink for breakfast. If you drink tea, please specify if you will be bringing something more special or you would like us to provide it, and if so what kind of tea. If you drink coffee, please tell us how you would like it to be made. We have a drip coffee machine, filter cones, and an espresso machine. We can prepare cappuccino/latte with raw milk or plant-based milk (please specify the type of plant).

Please tell us the meals you would like to have in the mid-day and afternoon. If you like snacks, please tell what to have on hand for you.

Please tell us what you like for dinner. If you eat meat, please tell us how often you want to have meat at dinner (every night, 2x/week...) If you drink wine or beer please tell us something about what you like. Local artisanal beer is our only item that involves a surcharge because it's expensive, as well as wonderful.

Please tell us anything else you want us to know about you. This is a good place to tell us that you don't like perfume or hugs or any other pet peeves or special aspects of your personality that might come up.

Flight and train details if you have them. If you do not have them now, you can send them later to us by messaging (telegram or whatsap). It's not necessary to log in and correct them here.

For airport pickup and return, our driver charges €70 for flights arriving and departing between 0900 and 2100. There are surcharges for early morning and late night flights, delays that require the driver to wait at the airport, and rescheduling or rebooking which disrupts his schedule significantly. We do not provide service to the train station Toulouse Matabiau because traffic is too unpredictable and there is no reasonable pickup point. If you arrive by train, you can take the local train to station Boussens. From there our fee is €15 one way. There are public transportation options from Toulouse airport and train station, detailed in the guidebook.

You may change your arrival date once for free. After that, further changes will incur a €50 fee. If your room is available, you may extend your departure date by paying the daily rate, without a change fee.

We believe that concentration on a physical task can provide an opportunity for contemplation and for breakthroughs. We give you one work project for your time here, so that you can work in solitude and have a sense of accomplishment. If you prefer to do work with conversation and collaboration, just click the button for sociality. Please check all of the work that appeals so we can find an appropriate project for you. It's important that you understand that the rate of concession for this work is more than €20/hour, which is the rate we pay to skilled workmen. Therefore the work-trade option requires that you are fit and capable of –at a minimum– painting an entire room, including the ceiling, climbing a ladder, kneeling on the floor to do the baseboards, etc. That is the easiest work we have. We do have gardening work, but this is not trimming the roses. The garden work requires using a chainsaw or other power equipment, such as a metal-blade weed whipper. If you have plumbing or electrical experience, we have small projects in these areas as well. You are always welcome to opt out of the work and pay the standard fee, which is €127-€155/day depending on the season and your room.

Because our retreat is completely personalized, we can only serve you if you commit to telling us *everything* that you want – and don't want! (And when and where you want it!) This requires self-awareness, honesty, and capacity for direct communication.
