Domaine Valent is the home of four lifelong artists.

It is a terroir. This means that it is a unique habitat of elements and resources assembled to inspire and nurture art and artists.

It is an atelier for art, architecture, athleticism, and cuisine.

It is becoming a permaculture. This means that we analyze and design in a systematic and ecological way. This requires observation, mobilizing unused resources, and maximizing edge, where we always find the highest diversity and productivity.

The name Valent communicates in ancient Occitan the bravery necessary to make art.

“In 2023 I moved with my family from the Netherlands to the Haute-Garonne in southern France. We traded the busy life in the Netherlands for the tranquility of the countryside in southern France.
The last 15 years I worked as an HR Manager but now I am looking for something completely different. What that will be I do not know yet….I will see what comes my way.”

We look forward to welcoming you!
